After 22 years of classroom teaching I became the principal at the Lisbon Elementary and Middle Schools, as well as the Fort Ransom Elementary School. I held this position for 11 years before transitioning to Lisbon Elementary principal and Fort Ransom Elementary Principal in 2015.

Mrs. Ziegelmann is the counselor for our elementary and middle school buildings. Mrs. Ziegelmann completed her Counseling and Student Affairs degree with an emphasis in School Counseling from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor.

I am currently in my 4th year as the secretary of the Elementary School. I enjoy reading when I have time. I also like to travel as much as possible. As a family, we are Sioux Hockey fans and attend as many games as possible. We also enjoy attending Bronco sporting events.

My first 10 years were spent teaching between 4th, 5th and 6th grades at Richland Elementary School in Abercrombie, ND. I also served as the technology coordinator and MAP Coordinator for the elementary school. This is my second year as the K-8 Title I Math Specialist with Lisbon Public Schools.

I taught first grade in Duluth, MN for 13 years. We moved back to Lisbon to be closer to family in 2011. This is my fifth year teaching second grade in Lisbon. I love baking and reading when I have downtime at home. Whenever we can, we like to travel to visit family and friends back in Duluth.
